How To Install ripmake on Ubuntu 18.04

A tool which automatically (i.e. with as few user interaction as possible) selects the best parameters for a given ripping task. It should inspect the source (e.g. a DVD or an AVI file), extract all important information, calculate the missing parameters and generate a parameter set for transcode that will create an output file of high quality.

There are three methods to install ripmake on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

How To Uninstall ripmake on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the ripmake package we can use the following command:

To uninstall ripmake and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove ripmake
Remove ripmake Configurations and Data
To remove ripmake configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge ripmake

We can use the following command to remove ripmake configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
