qutim is:

qutIM is an open source, multi-protocol instant messaging client using the Qt 4 framework. It implements support for the ICQ, Jabber/XMPP/Google Talk, Mail.Ru Agent (MRIM), and IRC protocols, and is further extensible via plugins.
