How To Install python3-pypff on Ubuntu 20.04

python3-pypff is:
Libpff is a library to access Personal Folder File (PFF) and Offline Folder File (OFF) formats. Those files formats are used by MS Outlook in PAB (Personal Address Book), PST (Personal Storage Table) and OST (Offline Storage Table) files.
This package contains Python 3 bindings for libpff.
There are three methods to install python3-pypff on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
