python3-arcus is:

This library contains C++ code and Python3 bindings for creating a socket in a thread and using this socket to send and receive messages based on the Protocol Buffers library. It is designed to facilitate the communication between Cura and its backend and similar code. This package contains the Python 3 bindings.

There are three methods to install python3-arcus on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install python3-arcus Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install python3-arcus using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update
