How To Install python-zinnia on Ubuntu 18.04

python-zinnia is:
Zinnia provides a simple, customizable, and portable dynamic OCR system for hand-written input, based on Support Vector Machines.
Zinnia simply receives user pen strokes as coordinate data and outputs the best matching characters sorted by SVM confidence. To maintain portability, it has no rendering functionality. In addition to recognition, Zinnia provides a training module capable of creating highly efficient handwriting recognition models.
This package contains the Python binding.
There are three methods to install python-zinnia on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-zinnia Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
