How To Install python-starpy on Debian 9

python-starpy is:
A Twisted Python protocol that provides access to the Asterisk PBX’s Manager Interface (AMI) and Fast Asterisk Gateway Interface (FastAGI). There are three methods to install python-starpy on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
