How To Install python-sss on Debian 9

What is python-sss
python-sss is:
Provides a set of daemons to manage access to remote directories and authentication mechanisms. It provides an NSS and PAM interface toward the system and a pluggable backend system to connect to multiple different account sources. It is also the basis to provide client auditing and policy services for projects like FreeIPA.
This package provide a module to access the configuration of the sssd daemon.
This package installs the library for Python 2.
There are three methods to install python-sss on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-sss Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-sss using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python-sss
Install python-sss Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install python-sss using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install python-sss
Install python-sss Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python-sss using aptitude by running the following command:

How To Uninstall python-sss on Debian 9
