How To Install python-pytools on Debian 10

What is python-pytools
python-pytools is:
Pytools is a big bag of things that are needed by packages created by Andreas Kloeckner. They are used by python-pycuda and python-pyopencl packages. They contain, amongst other:
- A ton of small tool functions such as len_iterable, argmin, tuple generation, permutation generation, ASCII table pretty printing, GvR’s mokeypatch_xxx() hack, the elusive flatten, and much more
- A time-series logging module, pytools.log
- Batch job submission, pytools.batchjob
- A lexer, pytools.lex
There are three methods to install python-pytools on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-pytools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-pytools using apt-get by running the following command:
