python-pyqtgraph is:
PyQtGraph is a pure-python graphics and GUI library built on PyQt4 and numpy. It is intended for use in mathematics / scientific / engineering applications. Despite being written entirely in Python, the library is very fast due to its heavy leverage of numpy for number crunching and Qt’s GraphicsView framework for fast display.
This is the Python 2 version of the package.

on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-pyqtgraph
using apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install python-pyqtgraph

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install python-pyqtgraph
using aptitude

sudo aptitude -y install python-pyqtgraph
How To Uninstall python-pyqtgraph on Debian 9
To uninstall only the python-pyqtgraph
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove python-pyqtgraph
Uninstall python-pyqtgraph And Its Dependencies
To uninstall python-pyqtgraph
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-pyqtgraph
