python-pyfann is:

Fast Artificial Neural Network Library is a free open source neural network library, which implements multilayer artificial neural networks in C with support for both fully connected and sparsely connected networks.

This package provides the Python bindings for FANN under their former name “pyfann”. However, these are deprecated, and you should migrate your code to use the bindings from python-fann2 instead.

There are three methods to install python-pyfann on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install python-pyfann Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update
