How To Install python-pika on Ubuntu 18.04

python-pika is:
Pika is a pure-Python implementation of the AMQP-0-9-1 protocol that tries to stay fairly independent of the underlying network support library. Pika was developed primarily for use with RabitMQ, but also works with other AMQP-0-9-1 brokers.
This is the Python 2 version of the library.
There are three methods to install python-pika on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install python-pika Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-pika using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install python-pika

After updating apt database, We can install python-pika using apt by running the following command:

Install python-pika Using aptitude

sudo apt-get -y purge python-pika
