How To Install python-neutronclient on Debian 10

What is python-neutronclient
python-neutronclient is:
Neutron provides an API to dynamically request and configure virtual networks. These networks connect “interfaces” from other OpenStack services (e.g., vNICs from Nova VMs). The Neutron API supports extensions to provide advanced network capabilities (e.g., QoS, ACLs, network monitoring, etc).
This package provides the client and Python 2.7 module.
There are three methods to install python-neutronclient
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install python-neutronclient

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
