How To Install python-neutron-vpnaas on Ubuntu 18.04

python-neutron-vpnaas is:
Neutron is a virtual network service for Openstack, and a part of Netstack. Just like OpenStack Nova provides an API to dynamically request and configure virtual servers, Neutron provides an API to dynamically request and configure virtual networks. These networks connect “interfaces” from other OpenStack services (e.g., virtual NICs from Nova VMs). If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

We can use the following command to remove python-neutron-vpnaas configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
