How To Install python-lfc on Ubuntu 18.04

The LCG File Catalog (LFC) keeps track of the locations of the physical replicas of the logical files in a distributed storage system. This package provides Python2 bindings for the LFC client library.

After updating apt database, We can install python-lfc using apt by running the following command:

Install python-lfc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.

How To Uninstall python-lfc on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the python-lfc package we can use the following command:
