How To Install python-ephem on Ubuntu 18.04

What is python-ephem
python-ephem is:
PyEphem provides an ephem Python package for performing high-precision astronomy computations. The underlying numeric routines are coded in C and are the same ones that drive the popular XEphem astronomy application, whose author, Elwood Charles Downey, generously gave permission for their use in PyEphem.
The name ephem is short for the word ephemeris, which is the traditional term for a table giving the position of a planet, asteroid, or comet for a series of dates.
This package contains the Python 2 version of the package.
There are three methods to install python-ephem
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

How To Uninstall python-ephem on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the python-ephem
package we can use the following command:

To uninstall python-ephem
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove python-ephem
Remove python-ephem Configurations and Data

configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge python-ephem
