How To Install pwrkap-gui on Debian 9

What is pwrkap-gui
pwrkap-gui is:
pwrkap is a set of utilities that monitor computer energy consumption and enforces an upper limit on the amount of power consumed by the computer at any given time.
This package contains the GTK+ Graphical User Interface (GUI).
There are three methods to install pwrkap-gui
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude
