After updating yum database, We can install perl-pgsql_perl5

Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-pgsql_perl5

How To Uninstall perl-pgsql_perl5 on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the perl-pgsql_perl5
