What is perl-URI-Encode
This module provides a method to encode strings (mainly URLs) into a format which can be pasted into a plain text emails, and that those links are ‘click-able’ by the person reading that email. This can be accomplished by NOT encoding the reserved characters.

or dnf
to install perl-URI-Encode

Update yum database with dnf
using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-URI-Encode
using dnf
by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install perl-URI-Encode
Install perl-URI-Encode on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum
using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install perl-URI-Encode
using yum
by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install perl-URI-Encode
How To Uninstall perl-URI-Encode on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the perl-URI-Encode
package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove perl-URI-Encode
