How To Install osmo-libasn1c-dev on Ubuntu 18.04
Introduction

What is osmo-libasn1c-dev
osmo-libasn1c-dev is:
Lev Walkins’s asn1c runtime, as a shared library and with modifications for Osmocom.
Compiles ASN.1 data structures into C source structures that can be simply (un)marshalled from and to: BER, DER, CER, BASIC-XER, CXER, EXTENDED-XER, PER.
This package contains the files needed for development.
There are three methods to install osmo-libasn1c-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

We can use the following command to remove osmo-libasn1c-dev configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge osmo-libasn1c-dev
