How To Install nowebm on Ubuntu 18.04

noweb is designed to meet the needs of literate programmers while remaining as simple as possible. Its primary advantages are simplicity, extensibility, and language-independence.
This is a transitional package. You can safely remove this package after it is installed.
There are three methods to install nowebm on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install nowebm Using apt-get
