NetSurf is a multi-platform lightweight web browser. Its aim is to provide comprehensive rendering of HTML 5 with CSS 2 in a small resource footprint while remaining fast.

This is a transitional package and can safely be removed.

There are three methods to install netsurf on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install netsurf Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install netsurf using apt-get by running the following command:
