How To Install lookup-el on Kali Linux

Lookup provides a simple and unified interface on emacsen to search various dictionaries, such as EPWING CD-ROMs, NDTP servers, DICT servers, and so on.
To use EPWING CD-ROMs, install the eblook package or the ndtpd package. To use dictd dictionaries, install the dictd package.
There are three methods to install lookup-el
on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install lookup-el Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install lookup-el
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install lookup-el

After updating apt database, We can install lookup-el
