lightning-l10n-ast is:
Lightning is a Mozilla based calendar extension for Thunderbird. It’s goal is to integrate a Calendar and Task application using the XUL user interface language.
This is a transitional package that pulls in the required package for the localization of lightning in Asturian. It can be safely removed.
There are three methods to install lightning-l10n-ast on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
