How To Install libxslt1-dbg on Debian 9

on Debian 9.
What is libxslt1-dbg
libxslt1-dbg is:
XSLT is an XML language for defining transformations of XML files from XML to some other arbitrary format, such as XML, HTML, plain text, etc. using standard XSLT stylesheets. libxslt is a C library which implements XSLT version 1.0.
This package provides the debugging symbols for the library and for the xsltproc utility provided by the xsltproc package. Debugging symbols for the Python modules are not available.
There are three methods to install libxslt1-dbg
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libxslt1-dbg
