How To Install libvncserver-config on Debian 9

What is libvncserver-config
libvncserver-config is:
LibVNCServer makes writing a VNC server (or more correctly, a program exporting a framebuffer via the Remote Frame Buffer protocol) easy. It hides the programmer from the tedious task of managing clients and compression.
This package provides libvncserver-config utility, needed to obtain some option of the libvncserver library.
There are three methods to install libvncserver-config on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libvncserver-config Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
