How To Install libupse-dev on Kali Linux

What is libupse-dev
libupse-dev is:
UPSE is an advanced playstation sound emulator which concentrates on sound correctness. It plays PSF and MiniPSF format files.
This package contains the development files for the libupse emulation core.
There are three methods to install libupse-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libupse-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
