How To Install libug-dbg on Debian 9

What is libug-dbg
libug-dbg is:
UG is a flexible software tool for the numerical solution of partial differential equations on unstructured meshes, with a focus on multigrid methods. It has a very powerful grid manager, which supports two- and three-dimensional grids with mixed element types. The grids can be adaptively refinement using either classic red/green-refinement, or pure red refinement with hanging nodes. All this is fully parallelized and can run on large distributed machines.
The version in this package has been built with the necessary flags for use with the Dune software system.

There are three methods to install libug-dbg on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libug-dbg Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libug-dbg using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libug-dbg

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install libug-dbg using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libug-dbg
How To Uninstall libug-dbg on Debian 9
To uninstall only the libug-dbg package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libug-dbg
Uninstall libug-dbg And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libug-dbg and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 9, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libug-dbg
Remove libug-dbg Configurations and Data
To remove libug-dbg configuration and data from Debian 9 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libug-dbg
