libreoffice-l10n-nso is:

This package contains the localization of LibreOffice in Northern_sotho. It contains the user interface, the templates and the autotext features. (please note that not all this is available for all possible languages). You can switch user interface language using the locales system.
Spelling dictionaries, hyphenation patterns, thesauri and help are not included in this package. There are some available in separate packages (myspell-, hyphen-, mythes-, libreoffice-help-)
If you just want to be able to spellcheck etc. in other languages, you can install extra dictionaries/hyphenation patterns/thesauri independently of the language packs.

There are three methods to install libreoffice-l10n-nso
on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get

sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libreoffice-l10n-nso

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude

After updating apt database, We can install libreoffice-l10n-nso

How To Uninstall libreoffice-l10n-nso on Ubuntu 20.04
To uninstall only the libreoffice-l10n-nso
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libreoffice-l10n-nso
Uninstall libreoffice-l10n-nso And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libreoffice-l10n-nso
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 20.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libreoffice-l10n-nso
Remove libreoffice-l10n-nso Configurations and Data
To remove libreoffice-l10n-nso
configuration and data from Ubuntu 20.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libreoffice-l10n-nso
Remove libreoffice-l10n-nso configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove libreoffice-l10n-nso
