libreoffice-l10n-nso is:

This package contains the localization of LibreOffice in Northern_sotho. It contains the user interface, the templates and the autotext features. (please note that not all this is available for all possible languages). You can switch user interface language using the locales system.
Spelling dictionaries, hyphenation patterns, thesauri and help are not included in this package. There are some available in separate packages (myspell-, hyphen-, mythes-, libreoffice-help-)

There are three methods to install libreoffice-l10n-nso on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libreoffice-l10n-nso Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libreoffice-l10n-nso using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libreoffice-l10n-nso

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
