How To Install libqofono-tests on Debian 12

What is libqofono-tests
libqofono-tests is:
Shared library for accessing the ofono daemon, and a declarative plugin for it. This allows accessing ofono in qtquick and friends.
This package contains the unit tests of the shared library. These require ofono to be running. Before they can be run at build-time, more upstream work is required. As an alternative, the executable unit tests are provided for run-time.
There are three methods to install libqofono-tests on Debian 12. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
