How To Install libpyzy-dev on Kali Linux

What is libpyzy-dev
libpyzy-dev is:
Algorithm library of ibus-pinyin. It is separated from ibus-pinyin to convenient other programs.
This package contains static library and header files.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
