How To Install libpbseq on Debian 12

What is libpbseq
libpbseq is:
Blasr_libcpp is a library used by blasr and other executables such as samtoh5, loadPulses for analyzing PacBio sequences. This library contains three sub-libraries, including pbdata, hdf and alignment.
This is a metapackage that depends on the pbseqlib component shared libraries.
There are three methods to install libpbseq
on Debian 12. We can use apt-get
, apt
and aptitude
. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libpbseq Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libpbseq
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libpbseq
