How To Install libnice-doc on Ubuntu 18.04

Nice is an implementation of the IETF’s draft Interactive Connectivity Establishment standard (ICE). ICE is useful for applications that want to establish peer-to-peer UDP data streams. It automates the process of traversing NATs and provides security against some attacks.
Existing standards that use ICE include the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and the Jingle XMPP extension for audio/video calls.

Install libnice-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get
using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libnice-doc
using apt-get
by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libnice-doc
Install libnice-doc Using apt
Update apt database with apt
using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libnice-doc
using apt
by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libnice-doc
Install libnice-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude
using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libnice-doc
using aptitude
by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libnice-doc
How To Uninstall libnice-doc on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the libnice-doc
package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libnice-doc
Uninstall libnice-doc And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libnice-doc
and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libnice-doc
Remove libnice-doc Configurations and Data
To remove libnice-doc
configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge libnice-doc
Remove libnice-doc configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
