How To Install libignition-math2 on Ubuntu 18.04

libignition-math2 is:
A small, fast, and high performance math library. This library is a self-contained set of classes and functions suitable for robot applications.
Ignition Robtics is a set of simple libraries that provide useful functionality to bootstrap robot applications. The included libraries encapsulate all the essentials, such as common math data types, console logging, 3D mesh management, and asynchronous message passing.
There are three methods to install libignition-math2 on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libignition-math2 Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libignition-math2 using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libignition-math2
Install libignition-math2 Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install libignition-math2 using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libignition-math2
Install libignition-math2 Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install libignition-math2 using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libignition-math2
How To Uninstall libignition-math2 on Ubuntu 18.04
