How To Install libgpiv3-dev on Kali Linux

What is libgpiv3-dev
libgpiv3-dev is:
This library contains functions for evaluating images from a fluid flow by means of Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), resulting into a velocity field of the fluid flow. It includes the core functions for interrogation, data validation, post-processing, input/output and memory allocation.
This package contains the headers and statically linked libraries (serial as well as parallelized using MPI).
There are three methods to install libgpiv3-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libgpiv3-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
