What is libgmsh3

libgmsh3 is:

Gmsh is a 3D finite element grid generator with a build-in CAD engine and post-processor. Its design goal is to provide a fast, light and user-friendly meshing tool with parametric input and advanced visualization capabilities. Gmsh is built around four modules: geometry, mesh, solver and post-processing. The specification of any input to these modules is done either interactively using the graphical user interface or in ASCII text files using Gmsh’s own scripting language.

How To Uninstall libgmsh3 on Ubuntu 18.04

sudo apt-get remove libgmsh3

Uninstall libgmsh3 And Its Dependencies

To uninstall libgmsh3 and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove libgmsh3

Remove libgmsh3 Configurations and Data

To remove libgmsh3 configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y purge libgmsh3

Remove libgmsh3 configuration, data, and all of its dependencies

We can use the following command to remove libgmsh3 configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:

sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge libgmsh3
