How To Install libflame-dev on Kali Linux

In this tutorial we learn how to install libflame-dev on Kali Linux.
What is libflame-dev
libflame-dev is:
libflame is a portable library for dense matrix computations, providing much of the functionality present in LAPACK, developed by current and former members of the Science of High-Performance Computing (SHPC) group in the Institute for Computational Engineering and Sciences at The University of Texas at Austin. libflame includes a compatibility layer, lapack2flame, which includes a complete LAPACK implementation.
This package contains the static library and the development files.
There are three methods to install libflame-dev on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libflame-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libflame-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install libflame-devInstall libflame-dev Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libflame-dev using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install libflame-devInstall libflame-dev Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude on Kali Linux first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Kali Linux. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude updateAfter updating apt database, We can install libflame-dev using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install libflame-devHow To Uninstall libflame-dev on Kali Linux
To uninstall only the libflame-dev package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove libflame-devUninstall libflame-dev And Its Dependencies
To uninstall libflame-dev and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Kali Linux, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove libflame-devRemove libflame-dev Configurations and Data
To remove libflame-dev configuration and data from Kali Linux we can use the following command:
