How To Install libethumb-dev on Ubuntu 18.04

What is libethumb-dev
libethumb-dev is:
Ethumb uses Evas to generate thumbnail images of given files. The API allows great customization of the generated files and also helps complying to FreeDesktop.Org Thumbnail Specification
Ethumb-Client creates thumbnails by communicating with a thumbnail generation server using standard D-Bus protocol. The server uses Ethumb itself to generate the thumbnail images and cache them using FreeDesktop.Org standard.
This package contains headers and static libraries for the Ethumb and Ethumb-Client libraries.
There are three methods to install libethumb-dev on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libethumb-dev Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install libethumb-dev using apt-get by running the following command:
