How To Install libeccodes-tools on Kali Linux

libeccodes-tools is:
ecCodes is the ECMWF encoding/decoding software for GRIB and BUFR.
This is a useful set of command line tools to give quick access to grib messages.
ECMWF is the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts.
There are three methods to install libeccodes-tools on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install libeccodes-tools Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
