How To Install ladvd on Debian 10

on Debian 10.
What is ladvd
ladvd is:
ladvd sends link layer advertisements on all available interfaces. This makes connected hosts visible on managed switches. By default it will run as a privilege-separated daemon.
There are three methods to install ladvd
on Debian 10. We can use apt-get

and aptitude
