How To Install kwin-data on Ubuntu 18.04

What is kwin-data
kwin-data is:
KWin (pronounced as one syllable “kwin”) is the window manager for the KDE Plasma Desktop. It gives you complete control over your windows, making sure they’re not in the way but aid you in your task. It paints the window decoration, the bar on top of every window with (configurable) buttons like close, maximize and minimize. It also handles placing of windows and switching between them.

Install kwin-data Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install kwin-data using apt-get by running the following command:

Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install kwin-data using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install kwin-data
Install kwin-data Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Ubuntu. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install kwin-data using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install kwin-data
How To Uninstall kwin-data on Ubuntu 18.04
To uninstall only the kwin-data package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove kwin-data
Uninstall kwin-data And Its Dependencies
To uninstall kwin-data and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Ubuntu 18.04, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove kwin-data
Remove kwin-data Configurations and Data
To remove kwin-data configuration and data from Ubuntu 18.04 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge kwin-data
Remove kwin-data configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove kwin-data configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge kwin-data
