How To Install jemboss on Ubuntu 18.04

Jemboss is a Graphical User Interface (GUI) to EMBOSS, the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite. It is part of the EMBOSS distribution.
There are three methods to install jemboss
on Ubuntu 18.04. We can use apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get

After updating apt database, We can install jemboss
