Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh

sudo yum -y install iwl2000-firmware
How To Uninstall iwl2000-firmware on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the iwl2000-firmware package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove iwl2000-firmware
