How To Install igdiscover on Ubuntu 20.04

What is igdiscover
igdiscover is:
IgDiscover analyzes antibody repertoires and discovers new V genes from high-throughput sequencing reads. Heavy chains, kappa and lambda light chains are supported (to discover VH, VK and VL genes).
There are three methods to install igdiscover on Ubuntu 20.04. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install igdiscover Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install igdiscover using apt-get by running the following command:
