How To Install geda-doc on Debian 10

What is geda-doc
geda-doc is:
The gEDA project has produced and continues working on a full GPL’d suite and toolkit of Electronic Design Automation tools. These tools are used for electrical circuit design, schematic capture, simulation, prototyping, and production. Currently, the gEDA project offers a mature suite of free software applications for electronics design, including schematic capture, attribute management, bill of materials (BOM) generation, netlisting into over 20 netlist formats, analog and digital simulation, and printed circuit board (PCB) layout.

There are three methods to install geda-doc on Debian 10. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install geda-doc Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get update
After updating apt database, We can install geda-doc using apt-get by running the following command:
sudo apt-get -y install geda-doc
Install geda-doc Using apt
Update apt database with apt using the following command.
sudo apt update
After updating apt database, We can install geda-doc using apt by running the following command:
sudo apt -y install geda-doc
Install geda-doc Using aptitude
If you want to follow this method, you might need to install aptitude first since aptitude is usually not installed by default on Debian. Update apt database with aptitude using the following command.
sudo aptitude update
After updating apt database, We can install geda-doc using aptitude by running the following command:
sudo aptitude -y install geda-doc
How To Uninstall geda-doc on Debian 10
To uninstall only the geda-doc package we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get remove geda-doc
Uninstall geda-doc And Its Dependencies
To uninstall geda-doc and its dependencies that are no longer needed by Debian 10, we can use the command below:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove geda-doc
Remove geda-doc Configurations and Data
To remove geda-doc configuration and data from Debian 10 we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y purge geda-doc
Remove geda-doc configuration, data, and all of its dependencies
We can use the following command to remove geda-doc configurations, data and all of its dependencies, we can use the following command:
sudo apt-get -y autoremove --purge geda-doc
