How To Install gdebi-kde on Debian 9

In this tutorial we learn how to install gdebi-kde on Debian 9.
What is gdebi-kde
gdebi-kde is:
gdebi lets you install local deb packages resolving and installing its dependencies. apt does the same, but only for remote (http, ftp) located packages.
This package contains the KDE user interface.
There are three methods to install gdebi-kde on Debian 9. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
