How To Install enca-devel on Rocky Linux 8
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install enca-devel on Rocky Linux 8.
What is enca-devel
The enca-devel package contains the header files for writing programs using the Extremely Naive Charset Analyser library, and its API documentation. Install enca-devel if you are going to create applications using the Enca library.

Install enca-devel on Rocky Linux 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install enca-devel using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install enca-devel
Install enca-devel on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install enca-devel using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install enca-devel

To uninstall only the enca-devel package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove enca-devel
