How To Install boost-graph-openmpi on Rocky Linux 8

What is boost-graph-openmpi
Run-time support for the Parallel BGL graph library. The interface and graph components are generic, in the same sense as the Standard Template Library (STL). This libraries in this package use OpenMPI back-end to do the parallel work.
We can use yum or dnf to install boost-graph-openmpi on Rocky Linux 8. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install boost-graph-openmpi.
Install boost-graph-openmpi on Rocky Linux 8 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install boost-graph-openmpi using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install boost-graph-openmpi
Install boost-graph-openmpi on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install boost-graph-openmpi using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install boost-graph-openmpi
How To Uninstall boost-graph-openmpi on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the boost-graph-openmpi package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove boost-graph-openmpi
