How To Install ardour-altivec on Debian 9

on Debian 9.
What is ardour-altivec
ardour-altivec is:
Ardour is a multichannel hard disk recorder (HDR) and digital audio workstation (DAW). It can be used to control, record, edit and run complex audio setups.
This is a transitional dummy package for the no-longer provided altivec-optimized build of ardour. It can safely be removed.
There are three methods to install ardour-altivec
on Debian 9. We can use apt-get

and aptitude

Update apt database with apt-get
