Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install NetworkManager-dispatcher-routing-rules using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install NetworkManager-dispatcher-routing-rules
Install NetworkManager-dispatcher-routing-rules on Rocky Linux 8 Using yum

How To Uninstall NetworkManager-dispatcher-routing-rules on Rocky Linux 8
To uninstall only the NetworkManager-dispatcher-routing-rules package we can use the following command:
