In this tutorial we learn how to install texlive-psutils on Fedora 36.
What is texlive-psutils
Utilities for manipulating PostScript documents. Page selection and rearrangement are supported, including arrangement into signatures for booklet printing, and page merging for n-up printing. This package contains a fork of the psutils binaries adjusted for TexLive. All of the standard binaries have been namespaced with a “tl-” prefix.
We can use yum or dnf to install texlive-psutils on Fedora 36. In this tutorial we discuss both methods but you only need to choose one of method to install texlive-psutils.
Install texlive-psutils on Fedora 36 Using dnf
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-psutils using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install texlive-psutils
Install texlive-psutils on Fedora 36 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache --refresh
After updating yum database, We can install texlive-psutils using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install texlive-psutils
How To Uninstall texlive-psutils on Fedora 36
To uninstall only the texlive-psutils package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove texlive-psutils
